Hi! I'm Dave! I'm an amateur photographer who has always had a passion for photography, but I really never got into it until the end of 2018. I quickly fell in love with photographing wildlife and the beauty of the outdoors.

In late 2019, after hitting rock bottom,  I was diagnosed with PTSD that stemmed from my time serving two combat tours in the United States Marine Corps.  My photography has helped me cope with the challenges that PTSD creates on a daily basis.  Getting outside allows me to forget my struggles and clear my mind.  My photography has also allowed me to some what get back to normal.

I have been blessed to live in the great state of Utah, where you can drive an hour in any direction and be in completely different environment.  I am also blessed to live in such close proximity to the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem.  There's a running joke at my 9-5 job that when I tell them I'll be on PTO they are all like, "You going to Yellowstone?" Most of the time they are correct.  That is my happy place.

I'm always up for exploring new areas and going on new adventures. I'm excited to share the adventures with you, so follow me on facebook and Instagram to see where the adventures take me.

Contact Me and let me know what you think! If there is something you would like to see, I am always up for a challenge just email me below and let me know what you want to see.

Thanks! Message sent.
